My observations tell me the people living here are hard-working, respectful folks taking care of themselves, their families (and pets too :)
Great neighbors, nice paved lots, and really quite. Down side is the stickers.
We were warned about thefts, however encountered no thefts or problems during our stay.
There are security cameras on the lookout for persons up to no good. And to help keep everybody on our best behaviors especially when driving out/in to the park, speed limit 5 mph/enforced ;)
While my husband worked, I enjoyed my stay.
Ashley & Lisa work in the office. I was always treated well. I was given a Welcome Packet containing useful, helpful information including propane, mobile RV services, mobile wash services, etc. Wifi codes & park map. The general rules were not unreasonable. When reading the general rules, don't take it personally. The rules are to help ensure we don't annoy other people. The rules are in place to keep our living areas pleasant.
This is a well-maintained park. The facilities are clean/Everyone is expected to pick up after themselves. There is a nice playground for the kids. I felt safe.
The owners Lisa & Brian Harris and Ashley, care about their guests long or short term.
Treat others how you want to be treated that's what I always say.
The lots are concrete paved. Owners are wonderful people. Neighbors are friendly, when our pipes froze neighbors tried to help and the owners even came to help. Down fall lots are close and sticker burrs are in the grass.
Disrespectful, unreasonable, trouble-making people will not be tolerated.
Beautiful rv park... well maintained. Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place, compared to some I have seen. This is definitely a paradise!!! Be sure and get on the waiting list...
